Product Designer – Accounting

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

• Lead the design vision for Accounting Integrations experience, from early product strategy through polished execution
• Reimagine how customers prepare and complete accounting work in through thoughtful automation and new interaction models, shaping how customers interact with one of our most strategically important product areas
• Translate complex accounting workflows into intuitive product experiences that make financial operations feel simple
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research to shape the future of accounting at through rapid exploration, experimentation, and thoughtful product strategy
• Define shared interaction patterns and visual language across accounting ecosystem
• Raise the quality bar for accounting experiences across through exceptional craft and design leadership

What we’re looking for:

• 6+ years of experience leading complex, end-to-end product design initiatives
• Thinks in systems and workflows, not just individual screens
• Learns new domains obsessively until they can challenge experts on their own assumptions
• Brings clarity to ambiguous problems and helps teams align around a compelling direction
• Experience turning highly complex workflows into simple, intuitive product experiences
• Balances automation with transparency, trust, and user control
• Brings strong product judgment, clear communication, and a high degree of ownership
• Uses AI to accelerate exploration and deepen their thinking without compromising craft
