Job Description

Responsibilities

• Define UX strategy and experience architecture across multiple Presence initiatives.
• Shape foundational experiences across identity, profiles, community representation, Pro, and emerging product areas.
• Turn ambiguous opportunities into clear product direction, scalable frameworks, and compelling experiences.
• Use AI-assisted design and coding tools to create functional prototypes that make ideas tangible and accelerate decisions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Content Design, and senior leaders to influence product direction.
• Bring teams together around shared principles, trade-offs, and a longer-term vision.
• Raise the bar for interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, and reusable design patterns.
• Mentor designers and help evolve how the team approaches systems thinking, craft, and AI-native design.

What we’re looking for

• 8 to 10+ years of product design experience, including complex, cross-functional work in consumer technology.
• Strong systems thinking and experience designing platform-level or reusable product experiences.
• Exceptional interaction design, information architecture, and product strategy skills.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and balancing long-term vision with near-term execution.
• A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and aligning teams without direct authority.
• Strong storytelling, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience using AI-assisted design or coding tools to explore, prototype, and communicate ideas.
• A portfolio demonstrating Staff-level thinking, strong craft, and meaningful product or organizational impact
