Job Description
As our Process Support Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our unique manufacturing processes run smoothly. You’ll provide operational, administrative, and basic IT support, working closely with both the Glass operations team and IT to keep everything on track.
Key Respnsibilities
- Monitor workflows and identify process inefficiencies
- Provide first-level IT troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Collect, analyse, and report data to the right stakeholders (IT, suppliers, management)
- Create, update, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training materials—translating processes into clear words and visuals
- Support compliance and quality initiatives across the business
- Act as the key link between operations, IT, and external partners
About You
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, IT Support, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Certificate in lean manufacturing (favourable)
- 1–3 years’ experience in process support, operations support, or IT support
- Comfortable with basic IT troubleshooting and eager to learn our unique systems
- Skilled at analysing processes and creating clear documentation (words and images)
- Strong data skills—able to collect, analyse, and report effectively
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management tools
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
