Mandatory Skills :

1. Have a very-strong command of PHP coding OOPS Concept & MVC is your standard-procedure.
2. Should have tram management skills and Project plan
3. Have a solid understanding of object-oriented JavaScript and experience with at least one JS- framework like jQuery or YUI+
4. Have a very -strong command of MySQL database.
5. Should have Social network integration
6. Code with a consideration for performance, scalability, maintainability, security, etc.
7. Follow coding standards (naming conventions, XHTML, PHP coding-standards, etc.) and best-practices like E_STRICT validity.
8. Good debugging skills, Code flow analysis and the ability to read and modify existing code.
9. Knowledge of  SEO, accessibility, and front-end performance best practices.

Software Engineer (1-2 Years)

Key Skills:

.Net, ASP.NET, C#, XML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS.

Job Description :

1.Must have experience with designed and integrated web portals with ASP.NET, C# and SQL server Environment.
2. Experience with .NET 2.0, 3.5, 4.0 and SQL server 2008.
3. Experience with SQL server Reporting Services will be added advantage.
4. In-depth SQL Server experience, T-SQL to create stored procedures, triggers, user-defined functions, complex SQL statements, Data Modelling and Design.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Strong understanding of Software development life cycle (SDLC).
7. Programming skills include HTML, Visual Studio.Net, ASP.NET, C#, XML, JavaScript, AJAX, Crystal Reports and CSS.
8. Strong in OOP techniques. Must have the ability to work in a team, should have a cooperative and positive attitude.
