PHP Developer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

– Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using PHP (Symfony) with a focus on performance and reliability

– Develop and optimize applications handling big data (tens of terabytes)

– Design and implement new features while identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks

– Collaborate closely with frontend developers, product designers, and QA engineers

– Optimize existing codebases and system architecture

– Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently

– Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices

– Contribute to architectural decisions and participate in code reviews

– Stay up to date with PHP and Symfony best practices and emerging trends

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience

– 5+ years of experience in web service development

– Strong experience with Symfony 5+, PHP 8, Doctrine ORM

– Proven experience designing complex, high-load systems with large datasets and advanced business logic

– Expert knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and ELK stack

– Working understanding of Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

– Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments
