Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operational activities and Coordinate with tutors
  • Handle learner and tutor support and resolve queries via chat, call and email
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of tutors and learners
  • Follow up on pending tasks, feedback, and renewals
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Tutor Ops, and Tech team
  • Identify operational issues and escalate when required
  • Support process improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets, CRM tools, and communication platforms
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Prior experience in Operations, Customer Support, or EdTech is a plus
