Network Security Engineer/Infrastructure Specialist

Job Description

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Network Security professional to manage, support, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure and security environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, and SD-WAN \technologies, along with excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

– Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure and security solutions.

– Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching environments across complex networks.

– Deploy and manage firewall platforms such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint, and Cisco ASA.

– Administer and optimize Load Balancers including F5 and Citrix ADC.

– Implement and support SD-WAN and SASE architectures.

– Monitor network performance, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure high availability.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to resolve technical issues.

– Provide technical guidance, documentation, and best-practice recommendations.


Required Skills & Expertise :

– Strong experience in Routing & Switching protocols and network architecture.

– Hands-on expertise with Firewall technologies (Palo Alto, Fortigate preferred).

– Experience in Network Security concepts, policies, and incident response.

– Working knowledge of SD-WAN technologies.

– Exposure to SASE frameworks and implementation.

– Experience with Load Balancers (F5, Citrix ADC, etc.).

– Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

– Relevant certifications (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, or equivalent).

– Experience in customer-facing technical roles.

– Strong verbal and written communication skills.

– Professional attitude with confidence and stakeholder-management ability.
