Role Overview:
As a Network Administrator within the recruitment industry, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our network infrastructure. Your expertise will support our mission to deliver exceptional recruitment services by maintaining secure and efficient connectivity across our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Network Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs, to support our recruitment operations.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor network performance to ensure optimal operation and troubleshoot issues as they arise, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
- Security Implementation: Implement and manage network security protocols to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats, safeguarding sensitive candidate and client data.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to staff, resolving network-related issues promptly to maintain productivity and service quality.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain and update network documentation, including configurations and procedures, to ensure compliance and facilitate future upgrades.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar IT role within the recruitment or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with network security practices and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication.
- Relevant certifications.
