About the Associate Network and User Support Administrator Role
You will:
- Handle level 1 issues in a service and support environment.
- Install and manage Windows Servers, Laptops, Desktops, Mobile Devices, and printers to meet user requirements.
- Provide initial technical support to end user’s day-to-day office equipment and software needs via phone and email.
- Account management tasks and access permissions including user access levels, permissions, and password management,
- Maintain network integrity and system security.
- Assist with installing and configuring hardware and software to meet current and future user needs.
- Maintain documentation of network configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and user guides.
You will have:
- Information Technology degree or IT related field in a user supporting environment with 1-2 years of experience. (Graduates with strong projects or internships encouraged).
- Working experience and understanding of local area networks, network equipment and devices is highly regarded.
- Good interpersonal skills and can work in a small team environment.
- Possess a drive and determination to meet and exceed customer expectations, taking ownership of issues and providing prompt resolutions.
- Possess direct experience with Windows and Mac laptops, desktops, and mobile devices, and is proficient in Microsoft Admin Consoles.
- Exposure, and managing Windows Servers, Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Veeam Backup Replication, Application Control Software and Cloud phone systems.
- Exposure to Pronto, Cognos service is ideal, but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
