Your New Role

As a Level 1/2 Support Engineer, you will be a key onsite representative of the business, providing face‑to‑face technical support to clients across a range of environments. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, client‑focused, and eager to continue building their technical skillset.

You will complete scheduled onsite support engagements, troubleshoot common networking and infrastructure issues, and provide Microsoft 365 support across core services. While this is not a senior role, it offers excellent exposure to a wide variety of technologies and environments, making it a strong stepping stone for future progression within an MSP.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • A basic understanding of networking principles, including switches, firewalls, and cabling
  • Foundational experience supporting Microsoft 365
  • The ability to follow processes for equipment builds, installs, and decommissioning
  • A valid Australian driver’s licence and the ability to use a company vehicle

Highly regarded but not essential:

  • Previous MSP experience
  • CCNA certification or currently working towards it
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Azure
