.NET Fullstack Developer

Job Description

Your new roleIn this position, you will play a central role in designing and enhancing enterprise‑grade applications across both the front and back end. Working as part of a cross‑functional delivery squad, you’ll contribute throughout the full software lifecycle, from technical planning and solution design through to build, testing and deployment. Your work will involve developing web applications and APIs using C#, .NET, Angular, and SQL, while also improving existing systems to boost performance, resilience, and cloud readiness. You’ll support integrations with internal and external platforms, participate in Agile ceremonies, and help maintain robust CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps. Troubleshooting issues across the UI, services and database layers will also be part of your day‑to‑day, alongside creating documentation and ensuring secure coding practices are followed.

What you’ll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a strong grounding in modern software engineering and hands‑on experience with .NET technologies. You should be confident working with C#, .NET Framework and .NET Core, building scalable APIs, and applying solid relational database skills using SQL Server. Experience with Angular or a similar front‑end framework is important, as is a good understanding of JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Exposure to Azure services, CI/CD practices, Git‑based version control and Agile ways of working will help you hit the ground running. A commitment to unit testing, secure development techniques and improving system performance will also be essential. Experience within financial services, containerisation, modern Microsoft frameworks or AI‑assisted development tools would be beneficial but not mandatory.
