With a strong footprint spanning multiple distribution centres and international manufacturing operations, the business is continuing to scale rapidly and invest in its technology capabilities.

As a Senior Developer, you will play a key role within a core IT team, contributing to the design, development, and delivery of critical systems that support a complex, high-growth, and multi-site operational environment. You will be involved in a range of strategic projects, helping modernise and enhance the organisation’s technology landscape while ensuring systems are scalable, efficient, and fit for purpose.

This role requires a well-rounded full-stack developer with strong experience across the Microsoft ecosystem and modern web technologies. You will work across both legacy and modern systems, balancing innovation with business continuity, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to deliver practical, high-impact solutions.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 5–10 years’ experience in a similar development role
  • Strong expertise in .NET development
  • Full-stack web development experience, including:
    • React, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JSON
    • Entity Framework Core
    • Python (desirable within broader stack)
  • Solid SQL scripting and database development experience
