Role Overview

We are seeking an entry-level Software Engineer with a strong interest in .NET development, cloud technologies, and AI-assisted engineering. This role offers hands-on experience building enterprise and AI-enabled applications while progressing through a structured knowledge transfer and application ownership model.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using C#/.NET, Python, or Java
• Build and support APIs and backend services
• Work with SQL databases and real-world datasets
• Use AI tools for development and troubleshooting
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Support cloud-based applications on Azure
• Follow and contribute to SOPs, runbooks, and operational documentation
• Assist in P1/P2 incident resolution and root cause analysis
• Progress toward full application ownership through structured KT
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IT or related field
• Programming knowledge in C#, .NET, Python, Java, or C++
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and databases
• Certification in AI concepts is must
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  

Nice to Have

• Exposure to ML frameworks, Generative AI, CI/CD, Azure DevOps
• Experience with Snowflake, Appian, or cloud platforms
• Healthcare IT exposure
