Job Description
We’re looking for a Multimedia Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, design-forward environment where no two projects are alike. This role isn’t about pushing templates—it’s about owning the visual narrative across video, motion graphics, and interactive digital media. You’ll be working alongside copywriters, UX designers, marketers, and developers to produce multimedia content that’s engaging, brand-aligned, and ready for cross-platform deployment. From animating product explainers to editing founder interviews to building interactive infographics, you’ll be central to how our brand communicates with the world.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, animate, and edit multimedia content for product launches, social media, internal comms, events, and presentations
- Create original video content using a mix of motion graphics, live footage, typography, and sound
- Work closely with the brand and marketing teams to maintain a cohesive visual identity across all media
- Prepare assets for delivery across a variety of platforms (web, mobile, email, event screens) with an understanding of format requirements
- Collaborate with the UX and product teams to bring motion into interactive experiences (e.g. onboarding flows, microinteractions)
- Manage video and animation projects from concept to delivery—including storyboarding, scripting input, editing, and post-production
- Stay current on trends in design, video, motion graphics, and digital storytelling
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in video production, motion graphics, and multimedia design
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop); experience with DaVinci Resolve a plus
- Strong understanding of visual pacing, storytelling structure, and audio design
- Experience producing content in multiple aspect ratios and resolutions (16:9, 9:16, 1:1) for social and digital platforms
- Familiarity with Figma or Sketch and a working knowledge of UI/UX design principles
- Demonstrated ability to take a creative brief and translate it into a visual solution, quickly and with clarity
- Comfortable working independently on fast-turnaround projects and iterating based on feedback
- A portfolio that includes a mix of branded content, explainer videos, and/or interactive media
