Role Summary:

We’re seeking a Multimedia Specialist who thrives on turning abstract ideas into visual, motion, and interactive content that resonates with human attention spans in the digital age. This role requires more than knowing your way around Adobe Creative Cloud—it demands an eye for pacing, storytelling, and the technical versatility to design for formats that range from short-form social media videos to explainer animations and interactive presentations. You’ll be the bridge between static content and dynamic engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Production & Editing:
    Shoot, edit, and animate high-impact video content for web, mobile, and event platforms. This includes motion graphics intros, lower thirds, kinetic typography, and animated infographics. Final products must meet brand tone and platform-specific requirements (e.g., TikTok pacing ≠ LinkedIn pacing).
  • Interactive Media Development:
    Build and maintain multimedia experiences for campaigns, including interactive PDF brochures, in-app video tutorials, and short-form explainer modules using tools like Adobe Animate, Lottie, or Rive.
  • Visual Storyboarding:
    Translate briefs into compelling storyboards and mockups. Work closely with copywriters and project leads to ensure alignment with key messaging and user engagement flow.
  • Asset Management:
    Maintain an organized media library and templated assets for recurring formats (e.g., intros/outros, transitions, overlays). Develop scalable file structures to support cross-functional usage.
  • Platform Optimization:
    Adapt multimedia content for optimal performance across multiple digital environments (e.g., vertical crops for Instagram Reels, compressed versions for email, captioned versions for accessibility compliance).
  • Team Collaboration:
    Partner with UX designers, marketing strategists, and product managers to bring campaign assets to life across owned, earned, and paid channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Motion Graphics, Film Production, or related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in multimedia production, preferably in a cross-disciplinary marketing environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Familiarity with Figma and LottieFiles is a plus.
  • Experience with sound editing and audio mixing (e.g., Audition or Logic Pro).
  • Working knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 or experience collaborating with front-end developers to deploy animations or rich media components.
  • Strong understanding of content accessibility (closed captions, alt text, readable font hierarchy).
  • Portfolio demonstrating high-impact, non-template work across various media formats (submission required).
  • Ability to handle feedback from stakeholders without losing creative direction—or your sense of humor.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with 3D modeling or animation (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
  • Knowledge of video SEO and tagging strategies for YouTube and Vimeo.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo) and how multimedia integrates within email journeys and landing pages.
