Job Description
We are looking for a Multimedia & Digital Design Specialist who understands not just how things look—but how they convert.
This role is focused on landing pages, funnels, and brand execution across digital touchpoints. You will work closely with the marketing team to translate strategy into clear, structured, and high-performing visual assets
Job responsibilities include:
Landing Pages & Funnel Design (Primary Focus)
- Design high-converting landing pages, sales pages, and funnel assets
- Collaborate with the marketing team on layout, messaging flow, and user journey
- Translate wireframes and strategy into clean, conversion-focused designs
- Apply strong visual hierarchy, spacing, and structure to improve readability and engagement
- Optimize designs for mobile responsiveness and performance
- Iterate on designs based on campaign performance and feedback
Branding & Visual Systems
- Develop and maintain cohesive brand identity systems (colors, typography, layout styles)
- Ensure consistency across all digital assets and touchpoints
- Create marketing collateral such as ads, email graphics, and lead magnets
- Support rebrands and new product launches
Social & Content Design
- Design clean, on-brand visuals for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Create assets such as thumbnails, post graphics, content covers, and ad creatives
- Design performance-driven ad creatives that translate marketing hooks, angles, and messaging into compelling visuals
- Produce multiple variations of creatives for testing (layouts, headlines, visual styles)
- Ensure designs are optimized for mobile and scroll-stopping impact
- Maintain consistency and clarity across all content formats
Occasional Multimedia Support (Nice to Have)
- Support simple video edits or motion elements when required (not a core responsibility)
Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of experience in web and landing page design, with a focus on user experience and conversion optimization
- At least 2+ years of experience in graphic design and social media content creation, including marketing assets and ad creatives
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused design (CTA placement, layout flow, readability, hierarchy)
- Strong foundation in core design principles, including color theory, typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Proven experience creating cohesive brand and marketing assets across digital platforms
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator (or equivalent)
- Ability to translate marketing strategy into structured, effective visual execution
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multiple assets
