Job Description

We are seeking a concept-driven Multimedia Artist with a strong design instinct, sharp storytelling skills, and a deep understanding of visual impact across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning abstract ideas into immersive visual experiences—whether that means animating a campaign explainer, illustrating a digital short, designing UI mockups, or producing interactive visuals for real-time content. You’ll collaborate closely with writers, UX designers, and developers to shape projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop original visual assets for use across digital platforms, including social media, apps, web experiences, video, and branded content.
  • Conceptualize and produce storyboards, moodboards, and visual treatments for multi-format campaigns.
  • Design and animate 2D/3D motion graphics for short-form video content, interactive pieces, and installations.
  • Collaborate with audio designers and video editors to bring layered multimedia concepts to life.
  • Work with UX/UI designers to craft interface motion and microinteractions that enhance usability and brand cohesion.
  • Contribute to visual experimentation with emerging tools (e.g., real-time engines, generative tools, AR filters).
  • Maintain asset organization, naming conventions, and documentation for cross-team handoffs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media Arts, Animation, Design, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a multimedia designer or digital artist in a studio, agency, or in-house environment.
  • Portfolio showcasing creative direction, visual innovation, and hands-on execution across multiple media formats.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, and at least one 3D tool (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya).
  • Working knowledge of visual scripting environments (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine, or TouchDesigner) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, motion design principles, typography, and spatial composition.
  • Ability to balance creative ambition with technical feasibility under deadline pressure.
  • Experience designing with sound in mind—either by collaborating closely with sound teams or designing audio-reactive visuals.
  • Familiarity with accessibility design and inclusive visual communication practices.

Preferred:

  • Comfort with prototyping in WebGL or creative coding environments.
  • Experience working in a team that bridges design, marketing, and product development.
  • Passion for staying ahead of trends in visual design, animation, and interactive media.
