Job Description

We’re looking for a Multimedia Artist who can bring ideas to life through dynamic visuals and engaging storytelling. This role goes beyond just technical skill—you’ll be a visual innovator who understands how to connect with audiences across platforms, whether it’s through striking animation, interactive media, or immersive 3D content. Your work will help shape how our brand communicates in an increasingly multimedia-driven world.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience demonstrating mastery of multimedia art.
  • A standout portfolio that reveals not just technical proficiency, but a unique creative voice and a knack for problem-solving through visual means.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in multimedia content creation, including animation and interactive media projects with measurable impact.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate concepts, receive feedback, and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Self-driven learner who actively experiments with new tools, techniques, and artistic styles.

Job Requirements

  • Proven ability to create compelling visual narratives that align with diverse brand identities, including experience developing original concepts for interactive media, animation, and motion graphics tailored to target audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency with industry-standard creative software, including Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, and Adobe Creative Suite; capable of leveraging plugins and scripting to automate workflows and enhance animation quality.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling through visual and auditory elements, including timing, pacing, and emotional impact; experience integrating sound design or collaborating closely with sound engineers to create immersive multimedia experiences.
  • Demonstrated experience producing content for multiple platforms — from social media campaigns and mobile apps to AR/VR environments — with a keen eye for adapting assets and styles appropriately.
  • Ability to interpret complex project briefs and translate abstract ideas into polished visual assets that effectively communicate the desired message without losing creative edge.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing strategists, UX/UI designers, and developers to ensure seamless integration of multimedia content in final products.
  • Proficiency in creating 2D and 3D animations with a solid grasp of rigging, keyframing, and compositing techniques; a portfolio showcasing innovative uses of mixed media and experimental visual techniques is highly valued.
  • Understanding of file formats, compression standards, and optimization techniques for delivering high-quality visuals under bandwidth or platform constraints.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing creative quality or deadlines.
  • Willingness to push creative boundaries and stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in multimedia art, including AI-generated art, real-time rendering engines, and interactive storytelling tools.
