Motion Graphic Designer Lead
Job Description
Responsibilities
• Develop creative solutions aligning with brand strategy and project briefs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and project objectives
• Create and adapt video content for TV and social media campaigns
• Design and produce digital animations, iMedia assets, and social media visuals
• Conceptualize and execute image and sales campaigns using modern and innovative design approaches
• Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
• Adapt digital campaigns and assets to client-specific design standards
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality
• Track and manage ongoing projects efficiently using Excel
• Work on adaptation projects and operate within a local server environment
• Apply audio knowledge in creating and editing motion graphic content
• Contribute to localization projects for effective adaptation to different markets
• Demonstrate a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and project execution
Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Motion Designer or in a similar role, supported by a strong portfolio
• Proven experience in team handling and supervision
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Strong understanding of design principles, composition, and animation techniques
• Working knowledge of compositing in Adobe After Effects, including rotoscoping, keying, cleanup, and matte painting (preferred)
• Experience in photo manipulation and/or illustration
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator, along with familiarity in HTML5
• Understanding of advertising formats across traditional media, video, digital, and social platforms
• Strong conceptual thinking skills with the ability to create compelling visual ideas
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams and departments
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to skill development
