Motion Designer (Not Video editor)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Translate storyboards into engaging animations
• Build motion graphics using app design, web design, icons, and typography
• Import Figma designs into After Effects and animate them effectively
• Deliver optimized MP4/GIF exports for social media
• Organize and manage daily animation tasks with a focus on future planning
• Maintain a minimal, clean, and modern animation style in line with design trends
• Create storylines using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude)
• Solve problems independently and contribute solutions to the team

• Not for freshers, freelancers or graphic designers.
• No internships are available for this role.
• Salary is performance-based, exceeding the range is possible for exceptional talent.
