Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality assets across:
- Paid and organic social
- CRM and lifecycle marketing
- Retail and eCommerce (Amazon, PDPs, banners)
- OOH and in-store activations
- Translate briefs into effective, platform-specific creative that drives engagement and conversion
- Contribute to campaign concepts and creative ideation
Qualification and experience:
- 4+ years’ experience in an in-house creative team or agency design role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, paid social creative (Meta, TikTok), branding, and campaign design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with working knowledge of Figma.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing (After Effects and Premiere Pro) is desirable.
- Excellent eye for layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and creating commercially effective creative.
- Comfortable designing across digital, retail, eCommerce, and DTC channels while managing multiple formats and priorities.
- Highly organised, proactive, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills and experience using project management tools such as Asana, Slack, or similar.
Nice to have
- Experience in FMCG, food & drink, infant nutrition, or healthcare
