Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver high-quality assets across:
  • Paid and organic social
  • CRM and lifecycle marketing
  • Retail and eCommerce (Amazon, PDPs, banners)
  • OOH and in-store activations
  • Translate briefs into effective, platform-specific creative that drives engagement and conversion
  • Contribute to campaign concepts and creative ideation

Qualification and experience:

  • 4+ years’ experience in an in-house creative team or agency design role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, paid social creative (Meta, TikTok), branding, and campaign design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with working knowledge of Figma.
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing (After Effects and Premiere Pro) is desirable.
  • Excellent eye for layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and creating commercially effective creative.
  • Comfortable designing across digital, retail, eCommerce, and DTC channels while managing multiple formats and priorities.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills and experience using project management tools such as Asana, Slack, or similar.

  • Experience in FMCG, food & drink, infant nutrition, or healthcare
