Job Description

Skill and Experience

To succeed in the role you will need to be proficient with the following duties:

·         Physically assemble a pc.

·         Install an operating system and drivers.

·         Diagnose pc hardware and software problems.

·         Backup and Restore data.

·         Remotely access pc’s to support clients.

·         Basic Office 365 skill.

·         Basic DNS knowledge.

·         Register and Manage domain names.

·         Install printers local and network.

·         Setup scanning to computers and email.

·         Installing and configuring a UPS.

·         Setup email on computers, tablets and phones.

·         Configure internet gateways and Wi-Fi networks. Understanding of different internet provider settings and wireless technologies.

·         Configuring data cabinets. IE installing switches and patching cables.

·         Basic Networking skills.

·         Domain/Entra join a computer

·         Office management including maintaining stock, organising couriers and sending parts to manufactures for warranty. Keeping the workshop in order.

·         Have experience with the various 3rd party software and platforms servicing the small to medium sector.
