Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support via phone and ticketing systems
- Log, manage, and resolve service requests
- Assist with user account setup and access management (Active Directory)
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues using knowledge base articles
- Escalate more complex issues when required
- Maintain accurate documentation and ticket updates
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine interest in starting a career in IT
- Basic technical knowledge, such as troubleshooting or account management
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone
- Ideally some experience handling calls or customer service
