Job Description

Responsibilities

• Technical Drawings: Create detailed and accurate technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints that depict mechanical components, systems, and structures
• AutoCAD and CAD Software: Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools, to generate and edit drawings
• Design Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other professionals to translate their concepts and designs into technical drawings
• Dimensioning and Scaling: Ensure that drawings include appropriate dimensions, scaling, and notations, allowing manufacturers and builders to understand the specifications
• Material Specifications: Include information on materials, tolerances, and manufacturing methods in the drawings
• Revision and Updates: Revise and update drawings as needed, incorporating changes and improvements to designs
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, and design history
