Marketing Specialist

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Digital Marketing, Ads & Performance

• Assist in planning and coordinating paid digital campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms.
• Ensure tracking, pixels, and event integrations are correctly implemented across websites and campaign landing pages.
• Support CRO activities, SEO tasks, and optimisation projects for all venues.
• Monitor weekly marketing performance dashboards and produce summary insights.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign outcomes, traffic, and conversions.

2. Marketing Coordination & Campaign Planning

• Assist in planning weekly and monthly marketing calendars across assigned venues.
• Coordinate campaign rollout timelines, asset requirements, and stakeholder approvals.
• Prepare briefs for design, digital, and content teams to support campaigns.
• Manage and update marketing checklists and ensure deliverables are met across all venues.

3. Social Media & Digital Execution

• Schedule and publish social media posts across assigned venues (note: you will not manage all venues simultaneously).
• Maintain organised content libraries and ensure weekly asset uploads are completed on time.
• Oversee caption accuracy, tagging, campaign links, and digital touchpoints.
• Assist with community engagement, inbox management, and digital reputation monitoring.

(Light content creation only — UGC/reels are a bonus but not a core requirement.)

4. Website, SEO & Digital Presence

• Work with web development and designer to update venue websites with upcoming events, menu changes, promotions, and key announcements.
• Maintain and update Linktree profiles, tracking links, and event pages.
• Assist in SEO tasks (metadata, page updates, internal linking, audits).
• Liaise with developers or external support for technical updates as needed.
