Job Description

Responsibilities
• Contribute to APAC marketing strategy and translate priorities into actionable Korea and Japan marketing plans.
• Operate independently with limited direction, and is comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This role requires a proactive, resourceful operator who is willing to roll up their sleeves, navigate ambiguity confidently, and drive initiatives forward even when priorities shift or processes are still being defined.
• Plan and run field marketing programs designed to generate demand and accelerate pipeline, including events, hosted experiences, and account-based initiatives in alignment with sales priorities and regional business goals.
• Manage partner co-marketing activities and local marketing partnerships, coordinating joint campaigns to maximize reach and lead quality.
• Design and deliver customer marketing for key accounts, including seasonal gifting, occasion-based gifting, and appreciation events that strengthen relationships with priority clients.
• Plan, localize, and edit contents to maintian a credible brand voice through regional channels (website, email, newsletter, social media, etc.).
• Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevenueOps to align campaigns to GTM goals and ensure smooth, well-timed execution across both markets.
• Implement and maintain measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness and pipeline contribution across Korea and Japan.
