Job Description

We’re looking for a Sr Marketing Designer to own the visual identity and design infrastructure of Arionkoder and all its products and initiatives. You’ll own the visual identity and design infrastructure of Arionkoder and all its products and initiatives. This includes brand creation from scratch, social media design, video editing, sales and internal decks, web design on Framer, and reusable design systems. The role is central to how Arionkoder communicates externally and internally and works across every area of the company.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create brand identities from scratch: logos, brand guidelines, visual systems, and identity packages
  • Design all social media assets — posts, stories, covers, carousels, reels, and video content
  • Edit and produce videos in CapCut: archive material, AI-generated content, stock footage, interviews, and institutional pieces
  • Build and update sales decks, proposals, internal presentations, and event materials on demand
  • Own the visual design of the Arionkoder website in Framer
  • Build reusable design systems and AI-powered design infrastructure (Claude skills, Canva and CapCut templates) so every launch ships with a consistent visual identity

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years in marketing design, brand design, or visual communication
  • Strong portfolio showing brand identity, social media, video, and presentation work
  • Expert in Figma, Google Slides, Canva, and CapCut Pro
  • Experience with Framer for web design
  • Strong sense of typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual clarity
  • Highly autonomous, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple formats and stakeholders

Nice to Have:

  • UX/UI design knowledge: design systems, responsive design, accessibility
  • Experience with AI-powered design or content generation tools
  • Experience working in tech, SaaS, AI, or design-driven environments
