About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for a skilled and motivated Graphic Designer & Content Creator who thrives working remotely and is energized by a love for the outdoors. This hybrid creative role blends content creation with design — meaning you’ll not only be producing graphics and digital assets but also capturing and editing the photos and videos used in them.

You’ll have the opportunity to lead creative execution across all marketing channels, from website and social to email and advertising. This is a hands-on, creative role where your work will be seen, shared, and celebrated by a passionate, engaged community.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design engaging email templates using Klaviyo
  • Manage and maintain Shopify website visuals: homepage banners, product imagery, and branded graphics
  • Create content for organic social media and consistent Meta ad creatives
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite, Canva & CapCut to produce visually stunning, on-brand image & video content
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute compelling campaigns
  • Support content for product launches, community engagement, and general brand storytelling
  • Bonus if you have photography & video skills to be able to capture and edit high-quality photos and or videos for use in graphics, social media, and ads

About You:

  • Experience in content creation and graphic design – particularly for eCommerce or a lifestyle brand. Active on socials and up to date with trends. 
  • Familiar with Meta ad creative requirements
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) and Canva
  • Familiar with Shopify, Klaviyo, and social ad platforms
  • A natural eye for detail, layout, and storytelling through design
  • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Passionate about the outdoors the lifestyle COBB Grill represents
  • BONUS – Confident with both photography and video editing — from shooting to post-production
