What You Ll Be Doing

Review engineering artifacts such as design documents, technical slide decks, and analysis spreadsheets

Provide detailed and constructive feedback to improve clarity, structure, and technical accuracy

Create original technical artifacts including architecture decks, RFCs, post-mortems, and data analyses

Annotate and comment on engineering materials to enhance presentation and content quality

Apply software engineering expertise to ensure artifacts reflect realistic professional standards

What We Re Looking For

Strong experience in software engineering across backend, full-stack, ML, infrastructure, mobile, or related domains

Strong experience in technical writing and creating technical presentations

Strong attention to detail and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work consistently

Strong understanding of software engineering workflows and documentation standards
