About the Role
You’ll be a key player in our engineering team, delivering high-level support and project work across our client base. This is a mix of remote and onsite work, with plenty of scope to shape outcomes, contribute ideas, and work alongside senior peers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing Level 2 and 3 support across a range of technologies
- Managing issues onsite and remotely for clients across Melbourne
- Playing a hands-on role in systems upgrades, migrations, and project deployments
- Supporting and mentoring junior techs where required
- Documenting processes, configurations, and best practices
- Building trusted relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Liaising with vendors and service providers to deliver seamless outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years’ experience in a senior technical support or systems admin role
- Proven experience in an MSP or fast-paced, multi-client environment
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Strong experience with Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange
- Proficiency in virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) and backup systems
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (VLANs, VPNs, WatchGuard/firewalls preferred)
- High-level troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication skills—you’re comfortable talking to business and tech stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, juggle priorities, and follow through
Bonus Points For:
- Microsoft certifications (MCP, MS-102, AZ-104, etc.)
- Experience designing and delivering Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions
- Exposure to WatchGuard and other enterprise-grade security solutions
