Job Description
This isn’t a role where you’ll simply work through tickets all day.
You’ll be trusted to own complex escalations, improve processes, mentor engineers, and help shape the future direction of support services as the business continues to scale.
What you’ll be doing…
- Managing complex Level 3 escalations from initial diagnosis through to resolution
- Mentoring and supporting junior engineers to improve capability and confidence
- Driving improvements in ticket quality, escalation processes, and accountability
- Troubleshooting Microsoft and infrastructure environments across multiple clients
- Working closely with leadership to improve technical outcomes and service delivery
- Promoting a security-first approach to support and operational excellence
- Assisting with technical projects, upgrades, and continual improvement initiatives
Technical Environment
You’ll be working across technologies including:
- Microsoft 365 & Modern Workplace
- Microsoft Intune & Entra ID
- Windows Server environments
- Networking & Infrastructure technologies
- Security, EDR & endpoint management platforms
- Automation and emerging AI-enabled support tools
- Kaseya tooling ecosystem (highly regarded)
