Your new role
As a Level 2 Engineer, you’ll be the go-to technical expert for escalated issues, providing hands-on support across client environments. You’ll manage deployments, troubleshoot complex problems, and ensure smooth onboarding of devices. This role offers variety, autonomy, and exposure to a wide range of technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support for client systems in a fast-paced MSP environment
- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365/O365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Configure and maintain Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager for device onboarding and deployment management
- Handle escalations from Level 1 and ensure timely resolution
- Assist with patching, updates, and compliance (Essential Eight, ISO27001, RFFR frameworks)
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver outstanding service
What you’ll need to succeed
- MSP experience is essential – proven ability to work across multiple client environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 stack
- Hands-on experience with Intune / Endpoint Management
- Familiarity with deployment management and troubleshooting device onboarding
- Understanding of security frameworks such as Essential Eight, ISO27001, or similar
- Exposure to common MSP tools (similar experience is fine):
- RMM platforms: ConnectWise Automate, N-able, Kaseya
- Ticketing systems: Autotask, ConnectWise Manage, ServiceNow
