Legal Counsel Freelancer

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality deliverables addressing legal scenarios, research tasks, and professional legal workflows
• Review, annotate, and evaluate AI-generated legal content for accuracy, completeness, and legal soundness
• Assess AI outputs involving contracts, agreements, compliance requirements, legal memoranda, policy documents, and regulatory interpretations
• Identify legal inaccuracies, reasoning gaps, inconsistencies, ambiguous language, and compliance risks in AI-generated content
• Provide structured feedback to improve legal reasoning, analysis, and communication quality within AI systems
• Review peer-developed deliverables to ensure consistency and quality across evaluation projects
• Support workflows involving legal research, contract review, compliance analysis, policy drafting, risk assessment, and legal documentation
• Contribute subject matter expertise to improve AI systems focused on legal understanding and professional legal assistance
