What You’ll Be Doing

As a Lead .NET Engineer with 7+ years of experience, you will:

• Lead and mentor development teams, providing clear technical direction and coaching
• Design, develop, and review high-quality software solutions using modern SDLC practices
• Own technical architecture, coding standards, and delivery quality
• Work closely with analysts and stakeholders to shape requirements and solution approaches
• Apply strong analyst-level thinking to assess feasibility, risks, and trade-offs
• Remain hands-on with development across the full stack
• Ensure delivery aligns with business goals, timelines, and enterprise standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement across engineering practices and ways of working

Tech Stack & Experience

You’ll bring solid commercial experience across the following:

• .NET Framework, ideally .NET Core
• C#
• ASP.NET
• React using functional components, Redux, and TypeScript
• Azure or AWS
• Microsoft SQL Server
