Job Description

Responsibilities

Leading end-to-end graphic design projects from concept development through final delivery
– Creating high-quality visual assets like branding materials, digital content, presentations, infographics, and marketing collateral
– Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to understand design briefs and deliver creative solutions aligned with brand guidelines
– Mentoring and guiding junior designers, providing constructive feedback to elevate team output
– Ensuring consistency and quality across all design deliverables by enforcing brand standards
– Managing multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
– Staying current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the team’s creative output
– Presenting design concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders and incorporating feedback effectively

Qualifications required for this role include:

– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
– Between one and seven years of professional graphic design experience, with demonstrated leadership or senior-level contributions
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
– Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print media
– Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
– Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present ideas clearly
– Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus
– Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is an added advantage
