We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Gen AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced AI-driven reporting solutions to enhance our data analytics capabilities. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, data visualization, and reporting tools

Job Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities :

– Design End-to-End GenAI Architecture : Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical architecture for Reporting Generative AI solutions, ensuring scalable, secure, and production-ready technical designs aligned with enterprise data and AI standards.

– Build and Deliver Production-Grade GenAI Solutions : Lead the design and implementation of Generative AI and LLM-based applications, including prompt engineering strategies, AI agent workflows, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.

– Develop AI Engineering Standards and Technical Designs : Define and document technical solution designs, architecture patterns, and engineering best practices for GenAI solutions, ensuring consistency, maintainability, and performance across deployments.

– Collaborate with Platform and Engineering Teams : Work closely with the AI platform team to identify required capabilities, support feature development, assist in testing, and ensure scalable deployment of AI solutions across enterprise environments.

– Development of AI-Driven Reporting and Analytics Solutions : Collaborate with business and data teams to translate reporting and analytics requirements into scalable GenAI and data engineering solutions, integrating with enterprise data platforms and BI ecosystems.

– Ensure Solution Quality and Technical Compliance : Oversee the development lifecycle to ensure all Reporting AI solutions are implemented according to approved architecture, technical designs, and engineering standards.

– Enforce Responsible AI and Governance Standards : Ensure all AI solutions comply with Responsible AI, data governance, security, and enterprise GenAI policies, embedding ethical and compliant AI practices into solution design and deployment.

– Provide Technical Leadership and Mentorship : Guide and support the Reporting AI Engineering team through technical problem solving, architecture reviews, and implementation guidance, fostering engineering excellence and innovation.

– Leverage Data and Cloud Technologies : Ensure effective integration of machine learning frameworks, data processing tools, and cloud platforms to build scalable and efficient AI solutions.

– Drive Innovation and Continuous Improvement : Conduct ongoing research into Generative AI technologies, LLM frameworks, and emerging AI tools, applying new advancements to enhance existing reporting and AI capabilities.

– Collaborate with Global Stakeholders : Work with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs, AI capabilities, and enterprise technology strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

– Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

– 7+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying GenAI/ML solutions.

– Proven experience delivering 3 or more end-to-end Generative AI implementations in production.

– Strong experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering.

– Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and building AI agent workflows.

– Experience designing RAG pipelines using Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, or similar).

– Strong programming skills in Python (minimum 3 years); familiarity with R or SQL is a plus.

– Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

– Experience with data processing tools such as SQL, Pandas, or Apache Spark.

– Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and business intelligence best practices.

– Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

– Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

– Experience interacting with global stakeholders and multi-location teams.
