Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Design and evaluate scalable, high-performance, and maintainable frontend systems for web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility across all devices.
• Serve as a frontend subject matter expert, guiding teams through architectural decisions, design reviews, and technology selections.
• Translate complex product and business objectives into practical, scalable frontend architectures that enable sustainable growth and innovation.
• Develop and maintain reusable UI components and design systems to drive efficiency, consistency, and quality across teams.
• Establish and uphold engineering standards, tooling, and best practices in areas such as performance optimization, automated testing, CI/CD, accessibility, and cross-platform deployment.
• Mentor engineers, promote knowledge sharing, and foster a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience designing, building, and scaling large frontend systems for both web and mobile platforms.
• Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, React Native, Next.js
• Experienced in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance frontend applications with seamless web–mobile integration, micro-frontend architecture, and offline capabilities.
• Skilled in frontend best practices, including coding standards, CI/CD automation, design system management, and performance optimization.
• Continuously explores and adopts emerging UI/UX trends and frontend technologies to improve usability, maintainability, and overall product quality.
• Proficient in identifying and resolving technical risks, managing technical debt, and ensuring accessibility and long-term system stability.
