Lead Engineer / Manager (.NET/Azure)

Job Description

We’re looking for a Lead Software Engineer who thrives across both architecture and hands-on development. You’ll help design and build modern, enterprise-grade systems using .NET 9 and Azure Cloud, contributing to high-performing applications for a growing global business.

What You’ll Do              

• Contribute to solution design and architecture across complex .NET and Azure environments
• Stay hands-on with coding, prototyping, and supporting the implementation of critical systems
• Work closely with engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business needs
• Promote coding and architectural standards, championing best practices across the development lifecycle
• Assess emerging technologies and recommend enhancements for scalability, performance, and reliability

What You’ll Bring

• Experience as a Senior Software Engineer (or similar role) within large-scale .NET environments
• Strong technical expertise in .NET 9, C#, Azure Cloud Services, and related frameworks
• A passion for hands-on development — you enjoy diving deep into complex problems and producing elegant solutions
• Experience with AI/ML technologies
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders
• A mindset grounded in quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement
