Job Description

What you’ll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Data Architect, Lead Data Engineer, or similar senior role, designing and delivering enterprise-scale data platforms
• Active NV1/NV2 Clearance.
• Deep expertise in data architecture patterns (cloud, lakehouse, data mesh, streaming, batch)
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data technologies (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift)
• Excellent knowledge of data modelling, metadata management, data governance, security, and privacy
• Ability to translate business strategy into scalable data solutions
• Experience leading, mentoring, and influencing engineering and analytics teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and advise at senior levels
• Passion for data quality, performance, and building platforms that enable insight and innovation
