Job Description
About the Role
We’re seeking a Landing Page Developer who thrives in performance-driven environments and understands that a landing page is not just a design asset—it’s a conversion tool. You will be responsible for building and optimizing fast, responsive, and conversion-focused landing pages that integrate with CRM tools, analytics platforms, and A/B testing frameworks. This role requires a hybrid skill set of frontend development, UX precision, and data-informed iteration.
Key Responsibilities
- Build high-converting landing pages from Figma or Adobe XD files using semantic HTML, modular SCSS/CSS, and vanilla JavaScript or a JS framework when appropriate.
- Collaborate with marketing and CRO teams to translate campaign briefs into performant landing page experiences with a clear testing hypothesis.
- Implement pixel-perfect responsiveness across devices, ensuring high Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals scores.
- Integrate tracking and analytics (GA4, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, Segment, etc.) with clear event structures and tagging documentation.
- Deploy A/B and multivariate testing using platforms like Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize; interpret results and suggest next iterations.
- Connect landing pages to CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo) with dynamic field mapping and lead validation logic.
- Maintain and evolve a component-based library of reusable page modules for rapid landing page generation.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct experience building and optimizing landing pages in a marketing-driven environment (not general web development).
- Advanced HTML5/CSS3 and modern JavaScript (ES6+); experience with React or Vue is a plus but not a replacement for strong fundamentals.
- Strong knowledge of page speed optimization, including asset loading strategies, inlining critical CSS, and third-party script management.
- Demonstrated experience working with conversion rate optimization tools, A/B testing platforms, and UX testing feedback.
- Solid understanding of conversion psychology, above-the-fold priorities, and mobile-first design in the context of paid traffic.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices specific to landing pages (structured data, meta tags, canonical URLs).
- Experience configuring and debugging form submission flows, webhooks, and CRM integrations.
- Proficiency with Git, headless CMSs (like Contentful or Sanity), and deployment via Netlify or Vercel.
