L3 Network Lead Administrator Data Centre & Security

Job Description

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Network Lead Administrator (L3) with strong expertise in enterprise network operations, troubleshooting, and implementation across large-scale environments. This role requires hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, Data Center technologies, SD-WAN, and Network Security platforms.

The candidate will act as an individual contributor responsible for resolving complex network issues, ensuring high availability, and supporting critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

– Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Data Center)

– Perform advanced troubleshooting (L3 level) for network incidents and outages

– Configure and maintain routing and switching environments

– Work on SD-WAN deployments and operations

– Handle network security devices such as Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS

– Manage and troubleshoot wireless infrastructure (WLC, Access Points)

– Ensure network uptime, performance optimization, and incident resolution

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation and upgrades

– Participate in change management and incident management processes

– Provide root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents

Required Skills & Technical Expertise :

Networking :

– Strong experience in Routing & Switching (R&S)

– Hands-on with Cisco and Aruba devices

– Knowledge of protocols : BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN, STP

Data Center :

– Experience with Data Center network architecture

– Spine-Leaf architecture knowledge is a plus
