About the role:
As a Junior Software Developer, you’ll join a team responsible for building and maintaining critical payment and banking services used by customers across the Baltic countries. You’ll work with modern development practices and collaborate closely with experienced developers, business developers, and testers in an agile environment.
The role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow while working with technologies such as Progress OpenEdge (4GL/ABL), Java, Red Hat OpenShift, Git, and Jira. You will contribute to systems that form part of the bank’s critical infrastructure, giving you the chance to make a real impact from day one.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Around 1 year of software development experience
- Basic understanding of software development principles
- Interest in learning new technologies and working with complex systems
- Curiosity and a proactive mindset with willingness to take extra steps when needed
