Junior Motion Graphics Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Understand the concept, conduct research, and develop engaging storytelling ideas.
2. Create storyboards to visualize the narrative and gather necessary assets for video production.
3. Utilize After Effects to bring the storyboard to life, adding animations, effects, and transitions.

Other requirements

1. A bachelor’s degree in motion graphics, VFX, computer graphics, or a related field is preferred; 2026 graduates are eligible to apply.

2. Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and video editing skills.

3. Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics fundamentals.

4. Basic experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and video editing tools.

5. Strong visual sense with excellent attention to detail.

6. Experience using AI image and video generation tools, with an interest in AI-assisted creative workflows.

7. Basic knowledge of green screen compositing, VFX techniques, or 3D rendering using Blender is an added advantage.

8. Exposure to storyboarding, scene planning, and AI tools such as Sora, Kling, Seedream, Gemini, or Nanobanana is preferred.

9. Must have a personal PC/laptop with a minimum of 16 GB RAM and a mid-range processor.

10. Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps), uninterrupted power supply, and a quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.
