Job Description

The Role
You’ll be working across websites, brand systems, and digital assets — creating clean, thoughtful, and effective design. One day you might be building wireframes or UI kits in Figma. The next, prepping social creative, building out a logo pack, or finessing visuals for a new product launch.

We’re looking for someone local to Brisbane who’s confident in their craft but always open to learning — someone who can take initiative, ask smart questions, and move work forward with care.

Must-haves

  • Brisbane-based (or nearby — we work best local)
  • Happy to WFH occasionally (up to 1 day a week)
  • Confident in Figma and the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Solid grasp of UI/UX principles
  • Sharp eye for layout, type, and visual hierarchy
  • Clear communicator — you’ll be working closely with devs, strategists and clients
  • Okay with dogs in the office (they’re part of the team too)

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working on branding or web projects
  • Comfortable designing for responsive
  • Some knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS or jQuery
  • Interest in motion, prototyping or no-code tools (like Squarespace, Webflow etc.)
