Junior IT Support

Job Description

As our Junior IT Support Person you will be responsible for;

• Managing inbound support calls and emails from our clients
• Managing support of our own internal IT infrastructure
• Remote upgrades and version control of our software
• Assisting the development team with testing and QA work
• Assisting the implementations team with onboarding of new clients 
• Taking ownership of issues and driving them to completion

To be successful in this role you will need;

• Ready to work in a fulltime role
• A genuine passion for all things IT
• A love for AI
• A suitable IT qualification from TAFE or University
• Excellent communication skills, as you will be dealing with end users with limited IT understanding
• Experience in the retail industry would be beneficial but is not essential for the right candidate
