Role Overview

The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for the high-volume creation and maintenance of physical and digital assets across five retail brands. The primary focus of this role is production efficiency and technical accuracy rather than abstract creative development.

Key Responsibilities – include but not limited to.

1. Packaging & Logistics Production

• Generate and coordinate GS1-compliant 14-digit barcodes for shipping cartons.
• Create technical carton artwork including iconology (heavy, flammable, fragile) and warehouse-specific information layouts.
• Prepare and maintain “Summary Sheets” for international and domestic suppliers to ensure manufacturing compliance.
• Maintain the master database for shipper carton barcodes.
• Product Packaging assets, such as swing tags, boxes and labels.

2. Physical Retail & Signage

• Develop artwork for in-store POS (Point of Sale), promotional banners, flyers, and pricing signage.
• Create external signage specifications for new store openings and site renovations.
• Coordinate with the Retail team for internal displays and merchandising creative.
• Perform on-site material assessments for quality control of printed assets.

3. Digital & Marketing Assets

• High-volume production of web banners and digital display ads.
• Layout and dispatch-ready design for EDMs (Email Direct Marketing).
• Creation of social media creative assets based on established brand guidelines.
• Facilitate the design and distribution of the internal Company Newsletter.

4. Corporate & Brand Identity

• Standardize company stationery, digital stamps, seals, and email signatures to ensure cross-brand uniformity.
• Coordinate logo placement and basic layout for uniforms and promotional merchandise (Satchels, boxes, tote bags).
• Newsletters and internal comms.
