About the Role

As a Graduate/Junior Full Stack Developer, you will work as part of an Agile development team building, enhancing, and supporting innovative SaaS applications. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute across both front-end and back-end development while learning best practices in software engineering, cloud technologies, AI-assisted development, and solution design.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and excited about using AI tools to improve productivity, code quality, and innovation.Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders in an Agile environment
  • Utilise modern AI development tools to enhance coding efficiency and problem solving
  • Develop and maintain front-end and back-end application components
  • Work with relational databases, data modelling, and SQL queries
  • Assist with troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimisation
  • Contribute to code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Learn and apply best practices throughout the software development lifecycle

About You

We’re looking for someone who has a genuine passion for software development and technology. You are curious, motivated, and eager to continuously learn and improve.Essential Skills & Experience

  • Recently completed or nearing completion of a relevant degree (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or similar)
  • Exposure to software development in any programming language
  • Understanding of relational database concepts
  • Knowledge of data modelling and SQL
  • Experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team

Desirable

  • Exposure to web application development
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies or SaaS platforms
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git
  • Personal development projects, internships, or contributions to open-source projects
