Junior Full Stack Developer

The role

This position offers exposure to the full software development lifecycle with guidance to help you grow your technical skills and confidence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist in developing and maintaining front-end web applications

• Support the development of backend services and RESTful APIs

• Work with modern JavaScript frameworks and UI components

• Contribute to integrating third-party services and internal APIs

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups and sprint planning

• Write clean, maintainable code under guidance from senior developers

• Assist with testing, debugging, and issue resolution

• Learn and follow development standards, processes, and documentation

About you

You are early in your career, motivated to learn, and eager to grow your skills in both front-end and backend development.

You will bring:

• A relevant degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• 1–2 years of experience in software development (commercial, internship, or graduate role)

• Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

• Exposure to a modern front-end framework such as React (or similar)

• Basic understanding of backend development and RESTful APIs

• Familiarity with Git version control

• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

• A positive attitude and strong problem-solving mindset
