Junior Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer who wants to make an impact. You’ll play a key role in modernising our internal systems—currently in classic ASP—as we migrate to a modern stack of .NET, Blazor, PostgreSQL, and AWS.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys writing production-ready code and being part of a tight, agile development team. You’ll help shape critical systems that power a national business and support rapid operational growth.

What You’ll Do

– Develop clean, efficient, and scalable applications using .NET and Blazor (Server)

– Design high-performance database models in PostgreSQL

– Leverage AWS services to deploy secure and scalable applications

– Collaborate with product, operations, and IT teams to build features end-to-end

– Review and write code that sets a high standard for the team

– Help modernise and modularise our platform architecture

– Contribute to a high-performing culture based on feedback, improvement, and shared success

You’ll work with

– Frontend: Blazor (Server), Tailwind

– Backend: .NET (C#), ASP.NET Core

– Database: PostgreSQL

– DevOps: Github, CI/CD pipelines

About You

– Degree in CS/IT or equivalent practical experience (bootcamp, projects, internships, self-learning)

– 0-2 years work experience

– Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

– Experience Building simple UI features (forms, tables, navigation, modals, etc.)

– Ability to build or modify simple APIs (CRUD endpoints)

– Familiarity with at least one back-end language/framework

– Basic knowledge of SQL

– Passionate about writing clean, testable, scalable code

– A natural collaborator with strong communication and problem-solving skills

– Fast learner with strong self-directed learning habits

– Can pick up unfamiliar tools/frameworks by reading docs, following internal guides, and experimenting
