Junior Front End Developer

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide design and code support to our web development team
• Design and creation of UI screens to support customer relationship and service management
• Creation of UX for current and prospective projects
• Organisation and maintenance of our front end codebase to industry best practice
• Front end functional testing (GUI, functionality, usability, bugs)

Requirements

• Tertiary education or experience in development
• Demonstrated web development skills (JavaScript, API)
• Strong knowledge of UX/UI best practice
• High proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (Vue JS, React)
• Basic knowledge of backend languages (PHP, Laravel)
• Understanding of version control systems (Git, bitbucket)
• Understanding of database design best practice
• Forward-thinker with passion for web development
• Quick learner
• Excellent attention to detail
• User-driven approach with passion towards delivering quality work
• Ability to work independently and multitask
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Ability to deliver projects within time frame
• Problem solver
